Luke Barber began in July 2008 as Controller at eServices, LLC. He is responsible for the daily accounting functions of the company.
Luke began his career in 2003 in the banking industry with HSBC Bank in Syracuse, NY. In his role as a Customer Service Representative he educated customers regarding banking products and assisted them with their daily needs. In 2005 Luke returned to school full-time to pursue his Masters in Accountancy.
In 2007, Luke joined Hantzmon Wiebel, LLP as a Staff Accountant in the audit department in Charlottesville, VA. In this role Luke worked directly with clients in regard to their companies’ audit. Luke took on the Lead Accountant role on several engagements. He also assisted in tax matters and financial statement preparation in regards to his audit clients. Luke provided consulting services to clients through his involvement in the Business Valuations department as well.
Luke graduated from Colorado State University in 2002 with a BS in Business Administration – Finance. In 2006 he earned his M.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University. Luke is also a Licensed CPA in the state of Virginia.
